Hugh Squire a historic man who was the local town mayor of South Molton lived here for years while his grandfather farmed the land. |
The entrance to the farm house is through an original old church door and the ceiling in the dining room is of 16th Century, rumoured to be made by Italian sailors while waiting to port. |

Guest have there own spacious dining room with tea and coffee making facilities and also a comfortable lounge with a television, DVD and video players. |
